In their friendly farmhouse inn, Frank creates sublime dishes with the black truffle, or ‘Black Diamond’, and Eric will teach you how the « cavage des truffes » which is the practice of finding and digging out the truffles.

Brasserie Artisanale du Ventoux

Communications officer for AOC Ventoux for 17 years, Alexandre de Zordi decided to remain faithful to the « Géant de Provence » (Mont Ventoux) by launching his range of craft beers. But with him, wine is never far away, and it’s at the heart of the Canteperdrix cooperative that he produces his malted beers, each of which bears the name of one of the nearby sites: « 1850, the Col des Tempêtes » for the amber, « 1015 the Ventouret » for the white, « 1515 the Col de la Frache » for the lager and « 1912 the Sommet » for a Ventoux honey lager. In season you’ll find these beers for sale in our Beaumes de Venise winery.

Bernard LEROY-BERGER – Fromages de Chêvre du Barroux

Bernard Leroy-Berger and his wife have been farmers and cheese makers at Barroux for thirty years. Their herd of 50 goats walk around the Barroux countryside and are raised in respect of their natural cycle. All the cheeses are made at the farm. In season you’ll find them for sale in our Beaumes de Venise winery.

Les Saveurs Provencales

Established for fifteen years at L’Isle sur la Sorgues, David and Tom produce jams and chutneys. Their creations, which are both delicious and original, highlight the local produce:  apricot lavender, strawberry and mint. Red tomato chutney with thyme, and lots of other delicious preserves.
