Châteauneuf-du-Pape
One of the first blends signed by Xavier Vignon. The berries come from “collection vines”, where many grapesvarieties have been planted according to the appellation’s tradition. It is therefore difficult to give the exact proportion of each grape varieties. A wine that lives up to its name!

Vinification
Hand-harvested.
Grapes vinified as whole clusters, in concrete tanks and stainless steeltanks.
Aging
Ageing in various containers: 1/3 in concrete tank, 1/3 in truncated wooden tank and 1/3 in demi-muids.
