Châteauneuf-du-Pape
Covered with a sea of large yellowish rolled pebbles, the vineyards of Châteauneuf-du-Pape offer a unique and timeless view. Tradition dictates that wines are made from thirteen grape varieties, each contributing its own distinctive character.

Terroir
Selection of 40 plots located mainly on the northern terroirs: 40% limestone, 30% red sandstone and 30% rolled pebbles.
Vinification and aging
Vinification
Each grape variety is vinified separately. 50% of the blend is vinified in stainless steel tanks, 25% in concrete tanks and 25% in truncated wooden tank.
Aging
Aged in a mix of containers: 20% in foudres, 50% in stainless steel vats, 5% in truncated wooden tank and 5% in demi-muids. The remaining 20% were aged in amphoras.
