Terroir
From the Grande Terrasse des garrigues. With a surface area of over 800 hectares, vines occupy almost the entire area. The soils are composed of limestone pebbles and gravel, and brown clay.
Vinification and ageing
Vinification
Rosé from direct pressing: direct pressing of destemmed grapes just after harvest. Low-temparature indigenous fermentation in Wine Globe.
Aging
Aged in Wine Globe (glass container of 220L) for 6 months.
