Châteauneuf-du-Pape
The 2010 vintage in Châteauneuf-du-Pape is considered one of the great vintages of the decade, together with 2000, 2001 and 2007. Marked by low yields and perfectly achieved ripeness, it produced wines of depth, balance and outstanding ageing potential.

Appearance
Garnet colour with brick-tinged reflections.
Nose
Aromas of gingerbread, toasted notes and liquorice, with hints of pepper.
Palate
Generous and expressive on the. palate , with a silky texture and a long, elegant finish.

Terroir
Selection of plots located on 5 different terroirs in the appellation: La Crau, rolled pebbles, sands, safresand urgonians.
Vinification and aging
Vinification
Traditional vinification.
Long maceration of about one month.
Aging
Following vinification and for a duration of 3 years, 25% of the blend is aged in French oak barrels, 25% in a large wooden vat, and 50% in concrete tanks.
Then reintegration of the whole for a long aging in concrete tanks for 12 years.
Bottling in September 2025.
