Terroirs d'exception
The village of Rasteau is located on the summit of a hill at an altitude of 200 m, facing south and overlooking the Dentelles de Montmirail. The vineyard is relatively sheltered from the Mistral, and the soil is a blend of clay-limestone, marl and sandstone.

A selection of 15 plots spread over several soils at high altitude: marl, clay slopes, stony and sandy soils.
Vinification and aging
Vinification
Fermentation at low temperature with pre-fermentary maceration for gentle extraction of tannins.
Co-fermentation of different grapes varieties for greater aromatic complexity.
Aging
10% of the blend is aged in new oak barrels, 40% in demi muids and 50% in concrete tanks. 18 months aging
