Beaumes de Venise 2022
Nestled at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail, the vineyards unfold between 100 and 500 meters above sea level, on three distinct types of soils, including the renowned Triassic marls. In 2005, the reds of the appellation were elevated to the prestigious Cru status of the Rhône Valley.

Ruby with black highlights.
Smell
Ripe black fruits, crushed raspberry, spices.
Taste
Full-bodied and greedy, fresh and lively with a long finish.

Terroir
A selection of parcels on 3 soils of the appellation: Triassic Marls, Terres Blanches, Terres Grises located on three different levels of altitude (from 100 to 600 metres).
Vinification and ageing
Vinification
The height amplitude has allowed all the grape varieties that make up this blend to be vinified together.
Ageing
The high altitude vines have provided sufficient acidity to allow a Burgundian type of maturation with 50% in 3-5 year old barrels and 50% in stainless steel tanks.
