This vintage offers beautiful aromas of spices and black fruits. Tasty and structured, it has an incredible ageing potential for the appellation. A high level of acidity, favoured by the altitude at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail.

Terroir
A selection of parcels on 3 soils of the appellation: Triassic Marls, Terres Blanches, Terres Grises located on three different levels of altitude (from 100 to 600 metres).
Vinification and ageing
Vinification
The height amplitude has allowed all the grape varieties that make up this blend to be vinified together.
Ageing
The high altitude vines have provided sufficient acidity to allow a Burgundian type of maturation with 50% in 3-5 year old barrels and 50% in stainless steel tanks.
