Châteauneuf-du-Pape
Covered with a sea of smooth blonde pebbles, the Châteauneuf-du-Pape vineyard has a unique, timeless look. Tradition says that the wines come from thirteen grape varieties, each adding its own character to the blend. Influenced by a hot, sunny summer, the 2025 vintage delivers generous and expressive whites, combining ripe fruit, richness, and freshness.

Appearance
Bright yellow with golden highlights.
Nose
Aromas of stone fruits, vineyard peach, and white and yellow flowers.
Palate
Balanced with notes of white and yellow-fleshed fruits, nice length accompanied by a touch of saltiness.
Terroir
Selection of several plots from the coolest terroirs of the appellation. The 2025 vintage brings saltiness and aromatic complexity.
Vinification and aging
Vinification
Roussanne was fermented in oak barrels for 4 months.
Clairette and Grenache were fermented at low temperature to preserve their minerality. Picpoul and Bourboulenc were fermented in Wine Globes.
Aging
The majority ofthe blend is aged in concrete vats and stainless steeltanks.
