This light-bodied Vin de France red is an original and expressive cuvée, crafted from an unusual blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Viognier, and Muscat Petits Grains. The result is a wine that combines freshness, suppleness, and remarkable aromatic complexity.

Appearance
Bright, clear ruby red.
Nose
Expressive, with floral notes mingling with aromas of red berries and delicate spices.
Palate
Light and gourmand, carried by fine tannins and a lively freshness. The finish is fruity and refreshing.
Terroir
A selection of several high-altitude parcels located mainly around the Dentelles de Montmirail.
Vinification and ageing
Vinification
Cold maceration for several days to gently extract aromas and color, followed by liquid-phase fermentation to preserve freshness and fruit.
Ageing
Short maturation and ageing in concrete vats for a few months.
