Châteauneuf-du-Pape
The 2015 vintage in Châteauneuf-du-Pape is considered one of the great recent vintages of the appellation, together with 2007 and 2010. Ideal climatic conditions allowed the grapes to reach perfect ripeness, producing wines that are rich, deep and remarkably well-balanced.

Appearance
Garnet colour with ruby highlights.
Nose
Aromas of red and black fruits, wild strawberry, spices, dried fruits and undergrowth.
Palate
Complex, delicate and elegant on the. palate , with warmth that is perfectly controlled.

Terroir
Selection of plots located on 5 different terroirs in the appellation: La Crau, rolled pebbles, sands, safresand urgonians.
Vinification and aging
Vinification
Traditional vinification.
Long maceration of about one month.
Aging
50% of the blend is aged in French oak barrels, 25% in foudre and 25% in concrete vats.
