Terroirs d'exception
On the southern side of a massif that separates the Aygues and Ouvèze valleys , the appellation
covers the single commune of Cairanne in northwestern Vaucluse.
Since 2016, AOC Cairanne has been one of the 10 crus of the Rhône Valley. This cuvée is made from organic grapes.

Terroir
A selection of old vines located on the highest plots in the appellation, at an altitude of 250 metres, situated on the limestone gravel soils of the Montagne du Ventabren. Complemented by parcels from the Garrigue terroirs further south.

Harvest by hand
Very cold maceration with intense punchdown.
Extractions stopped as soon as fermentation began.
Aging
Unique ageing in concrete vats to preserve the freshness brought by altitude and aromatic of the fruit.
