Perfume of raspberry and hints of wild strawberry.
Palate
Generous and fruity, with a long and fresh finish.

Terroir
A selection of plots located on clay-limestone hillsides and plains in the Vaucluse and northern Gard regions, in the foothills of the Rhône.
Vinification and aging
Vinification
For Grenache and Cinsault: cold skin maceration before direct pressing.
Co-fermentation on lees in vats until bottling.
Aging
Very light ageing.
Early bottling, in January 2026, is chosen to preserve fruit aromas and freshness.
