Better known for its red and white wines, the Southern Rhône Valley has all the conditions to produce high quality rosé wines. Sun, mistral, clay and limestone soils: all ingredients gathered by Xavier Vignon to produce this organic wine.

Fruity and spicy. nose with notes of wild strawberries and thyme.
Palate
Balanced and fruity, fresh and long finish.

Parcels from hillsides and clay-gravel terraces, located in Vaucluse and in the north of Gard on the foothills of the Rhône.

This rosé is made from a co-fermented blend, 100% direct pressing
The bottling was done early to preserve the fruit aromas and their freshness.
Food and wine pairing
Fish terrine – Filet of perch meunière or back of cod – Chicken in cream sauce with mushrooms
