Appearance
Garnet with purple highlights.
Nose
Aromas of red fruits and hint of garrigue.
Palate
Floral and fruity notes, silky tannins with a spicy finish featuring hints of saffron.
Terroir
High-altitude vineyards located in Le Barroux, Bédoin, and around Sainte-Colombe, the highest village of Ventoux. The soils are predominantly composed of Triassic formations and limestone scree.
