Le Soleil, the emblematic vintage of our Arcane collection, returns in a new white version. An expression of the Rhône Valley, with an accessible and indulgent style, it is supported by a balanced vintage offering both freshness and aromatic complexity.

Palate
Ronde et équilibrée, soutenue par une belle fraîcheur qui apporte vivacité et allonge. Notes prononcées d’agrumes et de fruits exotiques.
Terroir
Selection of several plots from the Ventouxarea and the coolest terroirs of the Dentelles de Montmirail.
Vinification and aging
Vinification
Skin maceration for a part of the blend. Fermentation at controlled temperature to preserve aromatic finesse and freshness.
Aging
Aging on fine lees for 4 months.
Addition of reserve wine (about 3%).
