Powerful aromas of wild berries and plums. Spicy bouquet.
Taste
Fruit dominates aromatic herbal and roasted notes. Ripe tannins and long finish.

Terroir
Almost 100% of the terroirs of the Southern Rhône Valley, 156 parcels located at high altitude on sand, clay and limestone soils.
Vinification and ageing
Vinification
Vinification carried out by “pairs” of grape varieties with similar ripeness. Ten percent of reserve wines were added to the blend to soften the structure and bring tertiary aromas.
Ageing
Mainly in concrete vats, with the remainder in French oak barrels from Allier region.
