From Vienne to Avignon, the Côtes-du-Rhône appellation is one of the largest in the French vineyard. Very old vines, ranging from 45 to 100 years old, have been selected to produce this cuvée.

More than 250 parcels mainly located in the southern Rhône Valley on a variety of soils: clay, pebbles, limestone, sand.
Vinification et élevage
Vinification
Manual harvesting.
Fermentation at moderate temperature to favor the soft diffusion of aromatic compounds.
Ageing
Short aging in concrete tanks to favor the purity of the fruit and the expression of the grapes.
Aged 80% in concrete vats and 20% in wooden truncated cone vats.
