The terroirs of Gigondas form a truly unique geological ensemble. The vineyard nestles within the natural jewel of the Dentelles de Montmirail. Limestone, omnipresent throughout the appellation, is the unifying element of its soils. Its microclimate combines the heat of summer with the force of the Mistral wind.

The terroirs of the Gigondas appellation are a unique in their geology, with an omnipresence of limestone soils. The vineyard is set in the Dentelles de Montmirail.
Vinification and ageing
Vinification
100% destemmed.
The grapes are co fermented in tanks
Ageing
After malolactic fermentation, grapes are aged in truncated wooden vats.
Food and wine pairing
Grilled lamb – Roasted Quails with raisins – Venison with cranberries – Risotto with mushrooms.
