Terroir
Located to the north of the appellation, the selected plots rest on the typical soils of Châteauneuf-du-Pape – rolled pebbles, sandy, clayey, and limestone – a mosaic of terroirs that gives complexity and balance to the blend.
Vinification and ageing
Vinification
Long fermentation of 6 to 8 months followed by traditional vinification.
Ageing
Vinarium® aging for 24 months: immersed in a 7,000L conical wooden tank, the barrels allow for aging away from any external influence.
