From organic farming, Xavier Vignon’s natural wine is a wine with no frills and fancies, no makeup allows the vine and the fruit to express themselves. This approach is in line with its desire to preserve the purity of the fruit as far as possible.

Terroir
Parcels located at the foot of Mont Ventoux and on the edge of the Dentelles de Montmirail. The Triassic soils are mainly composed of limestone scree.
Vinification and ageing
Vinification
A natural approach (no inputs or clarification to let the fruit express itself.
Low-temperature vinification and short maceration.
Aging
Aged for 4 months in freed concrete tanks.
