Côtes du Rhône
This Côtes du Rhône, resulting from a unique élevage method, is a tribute to innovation! The different vintages, aged separately, were then blended into Vinarium®. This final aging in a truncated wooden vat was favored to bring structure and complexity to the wine.

Appearance
Garnet red with terracotta highlights.
Nose
Bouquet of ripe red fruits, subtle hints of herbs and spices.
Palate
Aromas of blackcurrants and dried blueberries, slightly saline finish.
Terroir
Selection of exceptional terroirs from the Rhône Valley: Mourvèdre on limestonesoils, Grenache and Syrah on sandysoils, Caladocand Viognier on clay-limestonesoils.
Vinification and aging
Vinification
Cold pre-fermentation maceration of several weeks promoting the diffusion of aromatic compounds. Vinification in truncated conical wooden vats.
Aging
Vintage years raised separately then final blending for a passage in Vinarium® before bottling.
