Châteauneuf-du-Pape
This cuvée, made partly from collection vines, pays tribute to the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation through a perfectly balanced 2022 vintage with complex and elegant aromas. Concentrated and expressive, it derives its distinctive character from a selection of 15 parcels across the appellation’s varied soils.

Appearance
Deep dark red colourwith black and garnet hues.
Nose
Delicate notes of dried flowers, kirsch cherries and stone fruits. Hints of almond paste, hazelnut bark, yellow cherries and liquorice.
Palate
Supple tannins and vibrant acidity. Peppery finish.

Terroir
From 15 parcels spread across the appellation’s key soil types: rolled pebbles, limestone and clay.
Vinification and aging
Vinification
The old vines underwent a long cocotte maceration (3 months), partly with whole clusters, bringing balance between power and salinity.
Aging
Part of the wine is aged in Wine Globes, the rest in demi-muidsand in Vinarium®.
