Appearance
Deep red dress with purplish reflections.
Nose
Expressive. nose combining ripe red fruits, hints of garrigue, and a spicy touch characteristic of Syrah.
Palate
The. palate is supple and generous, supported by silky tannins and a nice freshness that prolongs the aromas of fruit and spices.
Terroir
Rolled pebbles from the Costières on a sandstone base, all deposited by the Rhône. The terroir is well-drained and influenced by sea breezes coming from the Mediterranean
Sea, thus promoting slow and balanced ripening of the grapes.
Vinification and aging
Vinification
Traditional winemaking with destemming, fermentative maceration for 15 days in stainless steel tanks, and gentle extractions to preserve the purity of the fruit.
Aging
Aging in concrete tanks for 15 months of blended grape varieties in order to preserve aromatic freshness and the expression of the fruit.
