Originating from one of the emblematic appellations of the southern Rhône Valley, this Vacqueyras white reflects the still confidential but promising character of the appellation’s whites, with a vintage offering beautiful ripeness and a remarkable balance between richness and freshness.

Appearance
Pale yellow dress with golden highlights.
Nose
Elegant. nose blending white flowers, yellow-fleshed fruits, garrigue notes, and a subtle honeyed touch.
Palate
The mouth is ample, carried by a beautiful freshness (notes of peach and citrus) that balances the richness and extends the aromas into a lingering finish.
Terroir
Soils mixing limestone scree, clay, and pebbles, at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail, this terroir gives the wine harmony, complexity, and freshness.
Vinification and aging
Vinification
Direct pressing followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature in order topreserve the aromatic expression and the purity of the fruit.
Aging
Aging on fine lees for 4 to 6 months to develop texture, roundness, and complexity.
