Terroirs d'exception
The terroir of the appellation, composed of diverse soils of rolled pebbles, clay, limestone and gravel, gives the vineyard a richness and complexity that are reflected in the wines it produces. The 2025 vintage stands out for its beautiful balance between fruit ripeness, natural freshness and tannic finesse, offering elegant, generous and already expressive wines.

Appearance
Deep red.
Nose
Pronounced aromas of fresh red fruits (wild strawberry) and black fruits (cherry, blackcurrant), violet, licorice, green pepper, and a hint of roasted notes.
Palate
Balanced between freshness and structure, silky tannins. The aromas of blackcurrant and spices give a beautiful length.

Terroir
Selection of plots from pebble and gravel soils, typical terroirs of the appellation. Some loess and granite hillsides in the North.
Vinification and aging
Vinification
Partial destemming. Traditional fermentation in stainless steel and concrete tanks at controlled temperature. Whole-cluster vinification for 20% of the harvest.
Aging
A large part of the blend is aged in tank for 4 to 6 months to preserve the freshness of the fruit, the rest in barrels to refine the structure.
