Terroirs d'exception
From Vienne to Avignon, the Côtes-du-Rhône appellation is one of the largest in the French vineyard. Very old vines, ranging from 45 to 100 years old, have been selected to produce this cuvée.

Appearance
Garnet with purple highlights.
Nose
Aromas of red fruits mixed with sweet spices.
Palate
Ample and fresh with silky tannins, long and vivid finish.

Terroir
More than 250 parcels, mainly located in the southern Rhône Valley, on a variety of soils: clay, pebbles, limestone and sand.
Vinification and aging
Vinification
Harvest dates were determined by daily berry tasting, followed by manual harvesting.
Fermentation took place at moderate temperature to encourage the gentle diffusion of aromatic compounds.
Aging
Short ageing in concrete vats for 80% of the blend, to enhance the natural diffusion of the grape’s aromatic compounds. Ageing in truncated-cone wooden vats for the remaining 20%.
