Lively attack, nice balance between freshness and fine, silky tannins. Aromatic persistence, ripe dark fruits, spices, and toasty notes.
Terroir
Terroirs made mostly of granite soils on steep slopes, bringing mineral notes and elegance.
Vinification and aging
Vinification
Hand harvesting. Maceration and fermentation in an open tank for 3 weeks, with daily punch-downs.
Aging
Aged for 15 months in barrels, with 15% new wood.
