Terroir
Parcels located at the foot of Mont Ventoux and on the edge of the Dentelles de Montmirail.
The Triassic soils are mainly composed of limestone scree.
Vinification and aging
Vinification
A natural approach (no inputs or clarification) to let the fruit express itself.
Low-temperature vinification and short maceration.
Aging
Aged for 4 months in freed concrete tanks.
