Châteauneuf-du-Pape
This red Châteauneuf-du-Pape from the Vinarium® is a true ode to innovation. This creation results from a unique ageing method: small barrels were immersed in the Vinarium® – a custom-built, truncated wooden vat – completely protected from oxygen. The wine was aged under pressure, in immersion, for thirty months.
